The tech.
You’ll use some of the best AI and sourcing tools in the industry, so you’ll spend your time talking to people rather than doing admin.
What you’ll actually do
Tech recruitment is simple: know your market, know the best people in it, know who needs them, and put the two together.
You’ll learn full 360 recruitment, coached directly by our Founder and our Heads of Perm and Contract. You’ll build relationships with senior tech leaders, find great people and run your desk like your own business.
Who we’re looking for
Experience doesn’t matter. You might be fresh out of uni, working in hospitality or retail, in a sales job you’ve outgrown, or a recruiter who wants more. What matters is that you’re:

The practical bit
We’re in the office Monday to Thursday in Kingston, with Fridays at home, so you’ll need to live within an easy commute of our HQ here in Kingston upon Thames.
