Senior Product Designer Manchester | Hybrid (2 Days Per Week) Up to £70,000 PA + Bonus and Benefits

We're partnering with a major enterprise SaaS organisation that is investing heavily in its next generation of data products and digital experiences. Following significant growth and executive backing, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Product Designer to join a highly respected product and technology function based in Manchester.
This is not a role where design sits on the sidelines. You'll be embedded within a multidisciplinary product squad, working alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Data Specialists and senior stakeholders to solve genuinely complex business problems. From discovery and user research through to prototyping, testing and delivery, you'll own the entire design lifecycle and play a critical role in shaping products used by thousands of professional users every day.
The Opportunity: This organisation builds sophisticated software products that support high-value commercial decision-making across multiple international markets. The work is complex, data-rich and highly visible. You'll spend time speaking directly with users, uncovering problems, validating assumptions and translating complex requirements into intuitive product experiences that drive adoption and business value. What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading user research, discovery workshops, usability testing and customer interviews
- Designing end-to-end experiences across complex B2B software products
- Simplifying large volumes of data into clear, intuitive user journeys
- Creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering throughout delivery
- Presenting insights, recommendations and design rationale to stakeholders
- Influencing product direction through evidence-led design thinking
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years' experience within Product Design, UX/UI or Service Design
- Experience designing complex B2B software or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Strong user research and discovery capability
- Experience working with data-heavy products, dashboards or decision-support tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work comfortably within ambiguity and help shape product strategy
Highly Desirable:
- Experience leading design initiatives or influencing design direction
- Service Design exposure
- Data visualisation experience
- Workshop facilitation and Design Thinking experience
- Experience working within enterprise-scale technology businesses
