Interim O2C Transformation Project Manager £600 per day | Outside IR35 | Global Healthcare Organisation | Remote + International Travel
I’m supporting a fast-growing, global healthcare organisation currently delivering a major ERP transformation across EMEA, US and APAC. Alongside the ERP rollout, they are seeking a hands-on Order-to-Cash (O2C) Transformation Project Manager to lead the business-facing workstream. This is not a technical ERP PM role. This is a business-led transformation position focused on ensuring Finance, HR, Legal and Operations are aligned and ready as ERP milestones progress.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading global O2C process transformation (AR, billing, collections, cash application)
- Tracking ERP milestones and ensuring business readiness remains aligned
- Driving process standardisation across multiple regions
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Operations, Legal)
- Supporting cutover, hypercare and post-go-live stabilisation
- Operating sleeves-rolled-up in a high-visibility integration environment
What they’re looking for:
- Strong global O2C transformation experience
- Experience delivering business change alongside ERP implementations (SAP / Oracle / D365 etc.)
- Deep understanding of billing, credit control, collections and working capital
- Comfortable operating at project level (not programme director level)
- Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple regions
- Experience in integration, shared services or multi-entity environments is advantageous
Details:
- £650 per day
- Outside IR35
- Immediate start preferred
- Remote role with international travel (primarily Europe, potentially US)
- 1–2 stage interview process
