A leading European SaaS enterprise business is looking for a UX Researcher to join their growing User Centred Design team during a major digital transformation programme. The organisation is investing heavily in modernising a large scale marketplace platform and is looking for an experienced researcher who can generate deep user insight across complex digital and operational journeys. This role will begin as a six month contract inside IR35 paying up to £450 per day, with a strong possibility of converting into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative research including interviews, contextual inquiry and usability testing
  • Apply frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done and design thinking
  • Map end to end customer journeys across complex platforms
  • Identify friction across digital and operational workflows
  • Use AI tools to support research synthesis, insight clustering and analysis
  • Validate AI enabled product features and user trust in AI driven experiences
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data and Engineering teams

Required Experience

  • 3 to 6 years UX Research, Product Research or Service Research experience
  • Strong qualitative research skills
  • Experience running end to end research studies
