Role Purpose

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will lead the development of strategic customer partnerships, national account opportunities and cross-portfolio growth initiatives across the UK&I Prevention & Recovery business. The role is designed to support the evolution of a more integrated ‘One Enovis’ commercial model through strategic account development, market expansion, pathway‑led engagement and cross‑functional collaboration. The role will focus on identifying and accelerating scalable growth opportunities across NHS, private, orthotic, corporate and emerging channels whilst supporting commercial transformation, market development and strategic growth initiatives across UK&I.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account & Partnership Development
    • Identify and accelerate high‑value strategic account opportunities across key healthcare systems, provider groups and commercial partners across UK&I.
    • Build senior stakeholder relationships across NHS, private and corporate customers.
    • Support national standardisation and pathway opportunities.
    • Develop strategic partnerships across key healthcare and commercial channels.
    • Coordinate strategic account planning across business units where appropriate.
    • Develop and lead strategic enterprise‑level partnerships across NHS, private healthcare and commercial organisations to support long‑term growth objectives.
  • One Enovis Growth & Cross‑Portfolio Expansion
    • Drive cross‑portfolio growth opportunities across the P&R business.
    • Support integrated customer engagement and pathway‑based solutions.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage the broader Enovis portfolio and capabilities.
    • Collaborate with commercial, marketing and operational teams to support strategic growth.
  • Market Development, Reimbursement & Strategic Growth
    • Identify emerging market opportunities and channel expansion areas.
    • Support market access, reimbursement and NICE‑related strategic initiatives where appropriate.
    • Identify opportunities for pathway inclusion, service redesign and value‑based healthcare partnerships.
    • Support development of pilot programmes, strategic partnerships and innovative care pathway initiatives.
    • Contribute to account segmentation, market mapping and commercial prioritisation.
    • Support development of data‑driven commercial insights and growth planning.
  • Commercial Execution & Governance
    • Maintain visibility of strategic opportunities and partnership pipeline.
    • Support forecasting, opportunity tracking and growth reporting.
    • Lead selected strategic projects, pilots and commercial initiatives.
    • Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Strategic account management, business development or commercial leadership experience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building capability.
  • Experience working within healthcare, medtech or related commercial environments.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally across commercial, marketing and operational teams.
  • Comfortable operating within evolving and growth‑focused business environments.
  • Experience within NHS, private healthcare or strategic partnership environments advantageous.
  • Experience in strategic, consultative or capital sales environments advantageous.
  • Ability to navigate complex multi‑stakeholder healthcare sales processes.
  • Experience managing complex strategic accounts and senior stakeholder relationships within healthcare or medtech environments.
