As a Tier 2 Engineer, you’ll triage, resolve or escalate incidents, support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint), manage AD accounts, and assist with Intune device provisioning and hybrid infrastructure across UK locations.
