We’re searching for a Talent Co-ordinator to join our experienced Talent Acquisition team, playing a vital behind the scenes role in keeping our recruitment and onboarding processes running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist and Head of Talent, providing essential administrative support that helps us attract and onboard high-quality talent, from early careers recruits to experienced hires. This role is all about coordination, accuracy and momentum. You will be an organised, detail loving powerhouse ensuring everything happens on time, in the right order and to a high standard.

You’ll:
- Provide end-to-end administrative support across recruitment and onboarding
- Coordinate interview schedules for the Talent team and key hiring managers across the Group
- Partner with the Talent team to deliver a standout candidate experience
- Support experienced hire and early career campaigns behind the scenes
- Maintain recruitment systems, trackers, and records with accuracy and care
- Manage multiple moving parts for inductions and new starter onboarding
- Coordinate diaries across the wider business for induction sessions
- Liaise with IT and internal teams to ensure systems access and equipment are ready on time for new starters
- Create and manage induction schedules so every new starter has a smooth and welcoming experience
- Assist the Talent team with future projects and process improvements

- Proven experience in an agency recruitment, talent acquisition, or internal recruitment administration role (ideal for a junior recruiter or recruitment administrator looking to grow)
- Hands‑on experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Great attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset
- Be tech‑savvy with a familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment
- Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator
- A full, valid driving licence and comfortable travelling to different offices across the Group when necessary
