As a Receptionist Administrator you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Administration team to provide a fantastic in-house experience for our clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding. It’s a great opportunity for a bubbly individual who is looking to challenge themselves in a vibrant environment, working alongside a team of dynamic people!
You’ll:
- Greet visitors and clients with a smile and contagious positivity
- Keep our reception and meeting rooms looking sharp and ready for action
- Help book meetings, reserve rooms and keep everyone’s calendars in sync
- Answer calls and inquiries with efficiency and with the DJH flair
- Keep the energy high in meetings by offering and making refreshments
- Tackle various administrative tasks using our sector-specific software whenever needed
