Let's talk about the role...
- As an
- Accounts Administrator you'll be fully immersed with our experienced
Administration team to provide a fantastic in-house experience for our clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.
- Prepare accounts packs for review by our Accounts team with excellent attention to detail
Accurately prepare and submit accounts, company or personal tax returns, and P11Ds, including submitting approved statutory accounts and corporation tax returns to Companies House and HMRC
- Skilfully manage the preparation of all company secretarial forms and filing confirmation statements with a strong attention to detail
- Help maintain accurate client records and support statutory compliance by ensuring key deadlines are met
- Proactively monitor emails and transfer calls to the relevant department or person, keeping communication flowing smoothly
- Welcome and greet clients, creating a friendly and professional first impression, while providing reception cover when required
- Prepare client correspondence and support the effective management of electronic and paper records
- Tackle various administrative tasks using our sector-specific software whenever needed, as well as Microsoft Office applications
