As a Senior Client Services Manager, you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Accounts Team, working with Directors to provide great advice to clients. The role is fast-paced, engaging, creative and rewarding with opportunities to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm.
Responsibilities
- Manage and look after your own vibrant and diverse client portfolio.
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships, becoming the go-to for clients.
- Lead a team, overseeing the production of work to deliver a fantastic service.
- Work collaboratively with directors and other departments to support the overall delivery of services to your portfolio.
- Wow clients daily, getting to know their business to deliver a great experience.
- Contribute to growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with potential new clients.
- Undertake larger, more complex assignments with the support of the wider Accounts team.
- Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery.
- Coach, develop and lead the accounts team and line reports.
Qualifications
- Be ACA / ACCA qualified, with proven experience within a similar senior role.
- Have practice experience as a Manager.
- Have worked with a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses.
- Be tech-savvy, with knowledge of CCH desirable.
- Be a superb leader that energises those around you.
- Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
- Love getting to know people and be an excellent communicator.
