  • Keep our reception and meeting rooms looking sharp and ready for action.
  • Help book meetings, reserve rooms and keep everyone’s calendars in sync.
  • Answer calls and inquiries with efficiency and with the DJH flair.
  • Keep the energy high in meetings by offering and making refreshments.
  • Tackle various administrative tasks using our sector‑specific software whenever needed.

Qualifications:

  • Have previous experience within a client facing/receptionist role, ideally within professional services.
