As an Administrator within our Chester (Ellesmere Port) office, you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced team to provide a fantastic in-house experience for our clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding. It’s a great opportunity for a confident and bubbly individual who is looking to challenge themselves in a vibrant environment, working alongside a team of dynamic people!

  • Keep reception and meeting rooms tidy and guest-ready
  • Book meetings and help manage calendars
  • Answer calls and handle enquiries with professionalism
  • Provide refreshments and support during meetings
  • Support directors with PA-style duties and diary coordination
  • Correspondence with clients and third parties such as HMRC
  • Filing of approved documents with HMRC/Companies House
  • Management of clients data held on our systems
  • Confidently handle post, payments, supplies, and client records
  • Help with team events, birthdays, and new starters
