As Client Services Manager, you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced accounts team, working with directors to provide great advice to clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.
It’s a great opportunity to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You’ll:
- Manage and look after your own vibrant and diverse client portfolio.
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships becoming the go-to for clients.
- Work collaboratively with directors and other departments to support the overall delivery of services to your portfolio.
- Wow clients daily, getting to know their business to deliver a great experience.
- Contribute to our growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with potential new clients.
- Coach, develop and lead the accounts team and line reports.
