This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a HR consultancy or internal HR background and the ability to work across multiple clients or sites. If you’re looking to grow your career within a forward-thinking and ambitious HR service line, you’ll:
- Actively own client queries through to resolution, building trust and strong relationships with each interaction
- Provide expert advice on a variety of matters ranging from employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence etc.) to broader HR and people strategy for clients
- Update policies, procedures and HR documentation on behalf of DJH People & HR and its customers
- Provide guidance and support across the full employee lifecycle for client organisations
- Work closely with colleagues to support the day-to-day management of client relationships, including activities such as HR audits
- Organise client meetings and other HR-related events as required
- Maintain a strong and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice to support clients effectively
- Provide support for networking and business development initiatives, including preparing pricing structures and client quotations to secure new opportunities.

- Ideally be CIPD level 7 qualified or have equivalent experience
- Have the ability and desire to work in a developing HR Consultancy with opportunities for career progression
- Preferably have experience of using SharePoint and be confident with Microsoft packages
- Possess knowledge of the latest UK employment law and HR best practice
- Exhibit a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel to client site when/where necessary.
Here’s a few reasons to come and join us, but you’ll find loads more once you get your feet under the table:
- Competitive salary
- Generous holiday allowance, with an extra day for volunteering & your birthday off
- Tailored learning and development opportunities
- Company pension
