Love being the person who makes everything run smoothly? This could be your perfect fit.
We're looking for a brilliant Part-Time Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our busy Bexley office. You'll work closely with our managers, directors, and Partners - keeping things ticking, solving problems before anyone even notices them, and generally being the person everyone's glad is around.
This role is 28 hours per week and we're genuinely flexible on how those hours work for you, whether you prefer shorter days or a condensed week! It's perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys a fast pace, and takes real pride in a well‑run office. No two days look the same and that's exactly what makes it great!
You will:
- Keep the office running like clockwork by managing day‑to‑day operations and owning any issues that come your way.
- Support the Managing Partner and keep the Partner and Director team coordinated and on track.
- Lead and nurture the support team, building strong relationships along the way.
- Handle confidential matters with care, plus help new starters feel right at home through inductions and onboarding.
- Bring your organisational flair to internal events, socials, and local projects.
- Connect with our central services team and other offices across the group.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Hungry for a new challenge, you’ll:
- Bring real Office Manager experience to the table, ideally from a professional services or corporate background, and genuinely excited to put it to good use.
- Thrive when working with brilliant people. Collaborative environments don't just suit you, they bring out your best!
- Naturally connect with everyone around you. Whether it's a quick catch‑up or a tricky conversation, your communication skills make people feel heard and at ease.
- Be ready to make 28 hours a week count. This is a role where you'll leave every day knowing you've made a difference.
Let's talk benefits…
Here’s a few reasons to come and join us, but you’ll find loads more once you get your feet under the table:
- Competitive salary
- Generous holiday allowance plus an extra day off for your birthday and volunteering day
- Salary sacrifice car scheme
- Tailored learning and development
