Contract Type: Permanent/Term Time Only.
Contract Term: Part-Time/Full-Time.
Salary: £23,094.00 - £24,596.00 Annually (Actual); based on 39 weeks per year (term time only). Full-time equivalent salary: £26,736 - £28,475 per annum.

About This Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Manager to join our team at Djanogly City Academy. The role focuses on supporting students who demonstrate challenging behaviour and ensuring they are in the right place at the right time throughout the day. The role is varied and includes one-to-one work, group work, supporting our Compass classroom, and supporting in lessons throughout the school.
If you have a relevant education-based Level 3 qualification and are dedicated to providing a high standard of service to our scholars, visitors, teachers and staff, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Support students who demonstrate challenging behaviour and manage inclusive classroom environments.
- Provide one-to-one and group support as required, including supporting the Compass classroom and lesson time across the school.
Qualifications
- Relevant education-based Level 3 qualification.
- Commitment to delivering high standards of customer service to scholars, visitors, teachers and staff.
