YunoJuno is an innovative platform connecting employers and freelancers to redefine the Future of Work. We are seeking experienced Django developers to join our core platform team in a fast‑growing startup environment. Our product team is currently 7 strong and growing, working alongside seasoned Django and front‑end developers, UX, and design. We prioritize agile development with a Kanban‑like process using Trello and value independence, autonomy, and high‑quality output measured through code reviews and daily stand‑ups.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of particular features during key phases of development
- Ongoing development and maintenance of YJ codebase
- Work closely with the UX and design team
- Participate in code reviews
- Maintain best practices
- Contribute to YJ's open‑source projects
Skills / Experience
- Experience working with a large existing Django codebase
- Experience with test‑driven development
- Experience working on a full application (12+ months)
- Excellent Python (2.x and ideally 3.x) and Django (1.8+)
