The D J Laing Group is a civil engineering contractor and quality housebuilder based in Carnoustie. Due to planned expansion, we have a vacancy in our Head Office for a Personal Assistant. This is a responsible, diverse role which would ideally suit an individual with previous admin/office experience who can work to a high standard with great attention to detail.
Duties:
- Supporting the Directors and assisting with the administrative activities and operations that facilitate the smooth running of the business.
- Dealing with communications, procurement and leases.
Skills:
- Well organised
- Produce a high standard of work
- Possess good numeracy skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
