As a private house builder known for building quality homes, we require a Maintenance Operative to assist with the building and completion of new build homes to a high standard. Also, responsible for assessing and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance repairs to properties.
Liaise with customers and tradesmen to carry out work promptly to the required standard. Comply with health and safety in construction.
Skills required:- Well organised with a high standard of workmanship
- Good communication and basic IT skills
- Trades background or knowledge of property and NHBC standards would be an advantage
- A current full driving licence is desirable.
