Responsibilities
- Preparation, checking and submission of drawings, catalogues and calculations for the assigned project.
- Assist Project Manager/Sr. Engineer for preparation of Vendor approval submission.
- Prepare and update project schedules.
- Work out bill of materials and engineering deliverables.
- Attend progress/technical meetings.
- Execution of project in accordance with general specifications, particular specifications, technical specifications and drawings.
- Effective communication between engineering, technical, construction, and project control groups.
- Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works.
- Co-ordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and own teams for implementation of the projects and ensuring it is being built correctly.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Monitoring and carrying out quality check on progressively completed works.
- Develop method statements and testing procedures for the works.
- Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.
- Write reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in electrical installation in industrial plants.
- Technical skills and knowledge of HT, LT Switchboards, Transformers, Generators, Motor Starters, Testing and Commissioning.
- Familiar with relevant Singapore standards and international standards.
- Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
