Responsibilities
- Prepare and amend schematic detailed and production drawings.
- Develop solutions to solve technical & design issues on an onsite basis.
- Prepare 2D/3D/CAD/BIM designs for presentation submission purposes.
- Able to compute basic technical calculations as per project requirements.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination in the project.
- Attend all technical, design, and consultants' meetings to understand the latest onsite requirements and ensure drawings and designs are up to date.
- Lead and mentor junior CAD/BIM colleagues.
- Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the management/direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- To possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related working experience.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
