Job Description
Smartfix at Cox Motor Group has a great opportunity for a SMART Repair Technician to join its high functioning Repair Team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career with one of the North Westβs leading motor groups.
As a SMART Technician (Small, Medium Area Repair Technician) you will be responsible for carrying out any general cosmetic repairs on our used-car stock.
Duties will include repairs to alloy wheels, renovating cars with scratches, scuffs, chip repair, and other similar duties at our dealership sites Kendal, Lancaster, Blackpool, and Southport. You will prioritise according to business needs and carry out work to the highest standard of workmanship, using the tools provided.
This position will suit someone highly motivated that can work well as part of a team and working alone.
The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after their own fully equipped van.
Your experience:
You will have experience as a SMART Repair Technician or in a similar Bodyshop environment working on light or heavy vehicle repairs.
You will enjoy exceeding customer expectations and working to a high standard.
You will have physical and manual dexterity to undertake detailed repair work.
You will have a full, valid, clean UK Driving Licence.

- Basic Salary is Dependent on Experience, OTE with incentives of Β£33,000 per annum
- 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with service up to 36 days (pro-rata)
