Position: Full‑time, Permanent | Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (35 hrs/week) | Salary: £22,500 pa. Base pay range is determined by skills and experience.

Key Accountabilities & Duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact at front‑of‑house reception, handling enquiries from walk‑in customers, landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Oversee key management using internal systems, booking property keys in and out, coordinating with landlords, tenants, property managers, and contractors.
  • Conduct general administrative tasks: answering calls, responding to emails, managing parking permits, handling factor queries, re‑tagging keys and key fobs, office organization and stationery ordering.

Qualifications Skills:

  • Property Management experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with problem‑solving ability.
  • Proficient IT skills – MS Word, Excel.
  • Multi‑tasker with the ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Current legal right to work in the UK.
