Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Edinburgh branch. You\’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £22,500pa

Key Accountabilities & duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact at front-of-house reception, handling a wide range of enquiries from walk-in customers, landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Oversee the general key management using internal systems, booking property keys in and out, coordinating with landlords, tenants, property managers and contractors.
  • You will need to conduct general administrative tasks such as answering incoming calls, responding to emails, managing parking permits, dealing with factors, re-tagging keys and key fobs. This includes office organization and stationery ordering.

  • Whilst Property Management experience is not essential, it is preferable and will make the transition for the successful applicant easier with some sector knowledge

  • Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
