Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager in our Edinburgh office. The salary for this role is £23,500.

What the job involves for a Property Relationship Manager:

  • Key member of the Maintenance team, driving delivery of all maintenance instructions.
  • Provide frontline support to our clients, tenants and third party contractors.
  • Support colleagues within the company, get all related maintenance complete on time and on budget.
  • Manage and deliver on day-to-day maintenance requests across the full region portfolio.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service at all times, ensuring a proactive approach to all incoming queries to the company.
  • Understand and deliver maintenance projects in line with client requests, whilst guiding on legislation and repairing standards.
  • Managing and responding to day-to-day email and telephone requests from Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
  • Ensure all maintenance requests are logged and noted accurately, utilizing internal software platforms.
  • Ensure any conflicts are flagged and dealt with correctly.
  • Take responsibility for any urgent and/or outstanding maintenance tickets and ensure they are seen to a timely conclusion.
  • Work alongside our Compliance team to ensure safety certification is up to date and logged correctly.
  • Work alongside your Team Manager and Associate Manager to ensure department delivers on KPIs and budgets.

We’re looking for individuals with qualities such as:

  • Ideally, at least 1 year Property Management experience but this is not essential as comprehensive training will be supported.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong IT skills, MS Word, Excel etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to relay information with knowledge and confidence.
  • A pro-active ‘can do' approach to all tasks.
  • Excellent time management and enjoys multi-tasking daily.
  • Professional and an eagerness to grow.
  • Reliable, polite and friendly.
  • Current legal right to work in the UK.
