Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a permanent position located in Kilmarnick, Glasgow. You\’ll enjoy a workweek of Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. The salary for this role is £23,500 per annum.

What the job involves:-

• Management of a portfolio of properties, working on behalf of our landlords to drive added value performance and provide high quality service to tenants and landlords alike.
• Carrying out viewings of available properties & negotiating tenancy agreements.
• Develop relationship management skills, visiting and contacting landlords on a regular basis.
• Respond to customer concerns timeously ensuring professionalism at all times in both written and verbal communication and dealing with complaint handling to effective resolution.
• Regular marketing updates to Landlords.
• Ensure that all customers are treated with respect, including tenants, landlords or contractors

• Proven experience in property service or customer service experience
• Good organisational skills with a problem-solving ability
• Good communication/negotiation skills and very competent in resolving conflict and potential disputes
• Born multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good IT skills, MS office and call centre equipment/software programmes
• Full Clean Drivers License
• Legal Right to Work in the UK
