Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a permanent position located within our Inverurie branch 28A High Street, Aberdeen. You'll enjoy a work week of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. The salary is £23,500 - £24,000pa depending on experience with use of company pool car.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Manager to join our dynamic Inverurie team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, delivering an exceptional service to both landlords and tenants, and ensuring compliance and performance across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards and value for landlords and tenants
- Conduct property inspections, including interim checks and final checkouts
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants through regular communication and support
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining tenant satisfaction
- Ensure legal compliance across your portfolio in coordination with the compliance team
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth property operations
- Monitor rent accounts and assist with financial queries relating to your portfolio
Qualifications and Experience
- Practical understanding of the Private Rented Sector in Scotland.
- Letwell CIH and/or ARLA Propertymark qualification desired.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong IT skills, MS Word, Excel etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to relay information with knowledge and confidence.
- A pro-active ‘can do’ approach to all tasks.
- Excellent time management and enjoys multi-tasking daily.
- Professional and an eagerness to grow.
- Reliable polite and friendly.
- Current legal right to work in the UK.
- Full UK Driving license.
