This is a maternity cover position lasting xx months until March 2026, based in our Glasgow office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with a salary of £25,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor relevant email accounts, addressing issues and inquiries promptly.
  • Manage property advertising and marketing for sale and rental properties.
  • Perform administrative tasks and general clerical support as needed.
  • Maintain regular contact with vendors.
  • Organize property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers.
Candidate Qualities:
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-presented and professional appearance.
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate information.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable but not essential.
