What the role involves:
- The purpose of this role is to arrange and organise our trade team’s workload.
- You will liaise between different departments and clients to ensure the optimum number of jobs are scheduled on a weekly basis for each of our trades people.
- Booking appointments for our team of in-house trades people.
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries.
- Creating quotes for client approval.
- Ordering parts.
- Checking safety certification and sending on job completion details.
Qualifications and experience:
- Administration skills and competent with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Team player and target driven.
- Have the current legal right to work in the UK without restrictions.
