This is a permanent position located in our city centre office, 10 Sunnyside, Edinburgh, EH7 5RA.
You'll enjoy a work week of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
The salary offered is £23,500pa.
- What the job involves for a Maintenance Co-ordinator
- The purpose of this role is to arrange and organise our trade team’s workload.
You will liaise between different departments and clients to ensure the optimum number of jobs are scheduled on a weekly basis for each of our trades people.
- Booking appointments for our team of in-house trades people
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries
- Creating quotes for client approval
- Ordering parts
- Checking safety certification and sending on job completion details.
