Now, we are offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an End of Tenancy Property Relationship Manager. This is a full‑time permanent contract located in our Edinburgh city‑centre office. The salary range is £23,500‑£26,000 per annum.

Job Purpose & Overview

  • Key member of the property management team.
  • Provide excellent service to our clients by handling the end‑of‑tenancy process.
  • Negotiate between tenants and landlords to deliver satisfactory outcomes for both parties.
  • Work with Property Managers and the Maintenance team to ensure required work is highlighted, raised, and completed promptly.
  • Customer‑focused role requiring meticulous attention to detail and coordination.

Key Accountabilities & Duties

  • Manage day‑to‑day maintenance requests – primarily following tenancy checkouts – in conjunction with End of Tenancy Property Managers.
  • Ensure void‑period works are completed in a timely, efficient, and compliant manner to facilitate move‑in dates and align with client budgets.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with End of Tenancy Property Managers to conclude deposit claims and submissions.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service for all customers, being proactive in managing incoming queries.
  • Understand landlord and tenant responsibilities when managing day‑to‑day requests so we can be clear with customers about their responsibilities for the property.
  • Handle day‑to‑day telephone and email requests from landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Log and manage maintenance issues effectively in line with department processes.
  • Tackle outstanding tickets and manage them in a timely manner.
  • Resolve conflict using strong negotiation skills.
  • Work with contractors to ensure work is carried out promptly and to the correct standard.
  • Check safety certifications and flag any renewals in a timely manner so properties are compliant.
  • Collaborate with Department Managers to hit core KPI’s and deliver outstanding service.
