Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an End of Tenancy Property Manager. This is a full‑time permanent contract located in our Edinburgh city centre office. The salary on offer ranges from £23,500‑£26,000 pa.

Job Purpose & Overview

  • Key member of the property management team.
  • Provide excellent service to our clients by handling the end of tenancy process.
  • Negotiation between both tenant and landlord to deliver a satisfactory outcome for both parties.
  • Work with the Property Managers and Maintenance team to ensure the work required is highlighted, raised, and completed promptly.
  • A customer focused role requiring meticulous attention to detail and coordination.

Key Accountabilities & Duties

  • Managing day‑to‑day maintenance requests – primarily following tenancy checkouts – working in conjunction with End of Tenancy Property Managers.
  • Focused on ensuring void period works are completed timely, efficiently, and compliantly to facilitate move‑in dates and to align with client budgets.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with End of Tenancy Property Managers to conclude deposit claims and submissions.
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service for all customers, ensuring we are pro‑active with incoming queries.
  • Understanding Landlord and Tenants\’ responsibilities when managing the day‑to‑day requests so we can be clear to customers about their responsibilities for the property.
  • Managing the day‑to‑day telephone and email requests from Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
  • Ensuring maintenance issues are logged and managed effectively, in line with department processes.
  • Take responsibility for outstanding tickets and manage these in a timely manner.
  • Dealing with conflict using strong negotiation skills to resolve conflict.
  • Working with contractors to ensure work carried out is done in a timely manner and to the correct standard.
  • Ensuring safety certifications are checked and any renewals have been flagged in a timely manner, so properties are compliant.
  • Working with Department Managers to hit core KPI’s and deliver an outstanding service.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and be competent in learning new operating systems to ensure they can get to grips with our management software.
