We are looking for a full‑time, permanent Debt Recovery Accounts Assistant for our Accounts & Property Support Team. The role will be based near the city centre in Edinburgh and will involve a standard work week of 35 hours, Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm. Salary ranges from £23,500 to £24,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day‑to‑day financial operations for our letting business, ensuring all rent payments are collected and paid to clients.
  • Oversee various property support processes and coordinate activities throughout the office.
  • Lead the debt recovery process, communicating with tenants in rent arrears via telephone, email and written correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate case records in the system and liaise with landlords and tenants to agree.
