Join to apply for the Client Accounts Administrator role at DJ Alexander. This is a permanent position located in our city centre office, Edinburgh. You\’ll work Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. The salary ranges from £22,500 – £23,000.

What the job involves for a Client Account Administrator
- Accounts & Property Support Team is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations for our letting business to ensure all rent payments are collected and paid to our clients.
- The department undertakes several supplementary property support processes. This is a highly varied role where you will be responsible for overseeing various activities throughout the office.
- Manage a range of property management tasks including maintaining customer service levels by handling enquiries from landlords and tenants via email and telephone, and coordinating workload to deliver excellent customer service.
- Processing invoices received from third party contractors.
- Processing bills from local authorities and utility suppliers.
- Dealing with landlord, tenant, and contractor queries.
- Other payment processing and ad hoc data entry tasks.
Qualifications and experience
- Ideally 1 year of Property Management experience, but not essential.
- Friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Great oral and written communications skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- IT proficient.
- You might have the current legal right to work in the UK without restrictions.
