This is a permanent position located in our city centre office, Edinburgh.

You'll enjoy a work week of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

The salary on offer is from £23,500pa.

  • What the job involves for a Client Account Administrator: -
  • Accounts & Property Support Team is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations for our letting business to ensure all rent payments are collected and paid to our clients.
  • As well as this, the department undertakes several supplementary property support processes.

This is a highly varied role where you will be responsible for overseeing various activities throughout the office.

  • This challenging role will put you on the front line, managing a range of property management tasks including maintaining customer service levels through managing the enquiries that come in from landlords and tenants.
  • These will be in various forms or email and telephone. Making sure colleagues in managing the overall workload to ensure we deliver expectational customer service.
  • Responsible for Processing invoices received from third party contractors
  • Processing bills from local authorities and utility suppliers
  • Dealing with landlord, tenant, and contractor queries
  • Other payment processing
  • Assisting with Ad hoc data entry tasks

  • Ideally 1 years Property Management Experience but not essential
  • Friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients

  • You might have the current legal right to work in the UK without restrictions
