This is a permanent position located within our Aberdeen office based at The Quadrant, Neoworx, Poynernook Road, Aberdeen. The salary ranges from £23,500 - £25,000.

Responsibilities
  • Maximise and push the offerings and 'LETS AGREED' each month.
  • Be the focal point of the void period management, ensuring the clients property has maximised viewings and marketing exposure.
  • Augment RDS tenancies, to ensure the company achieve this important KPI each month.
  • Quality control the result of referencing to ensure the best possible applicant is entering into a lease agreement.
  • Deliver an integrated, consistent, day to day service level for the client, ensuring all questions are answered in a timely manner.
  • Reports directly into the Lettings Manager, assisting to achieve monthly and annual budgets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients based on trust.
  • Hit monthly KPI's - in line with targets.
  • Be the main point of contact for the landlord when negotiating tenancies.
  • Undertake and attend valuations where required.
  • Provide regular reporting into the Lettings Manager to assist with market trends and development opportunities.
  • Ensure marketing material of the property is updated and live.
  • Pride of work, in keeping the landlord updated during void period viewings, ensuring the landlord is informed at all steps of the journey.
  • Maximise and attend viewings to minimise void period - fully utilising IRE diary management.
  • Communicate with Property Management to ensure properties are ready for proposed move in dates. This will include checking on remedials and compliance.
  • Communicate with Lease Admin department to ensure the timely processing of applications and lease creation.
  • From time to time, assist with any Key requests, to facilitate move in dates.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Practical understanding of the Private Rented Sector in Scotland.
  • Letwell CIH and/or ARLA Propertymark qualification desired.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong IT skills, MS Word, Excel etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to relay information with knowledge and confidence.
  • A pro-active 'can do' approach to all tasks.
  • Excellent time management and enjoys multi-tasking daily.
  • Professional and an eagerness to grow.
  • Reliable, polite and friendly.
  • Current legal right to work in the UK.
  • Full UK Driving license.
