What the job involves for a Property Relationship Manager: – Key member of the Maintenance team, driving delivery of all maintenance instructions. Strong communicator with great attention to detail. Provide frontline support to our clients, tenants and third party contractors. Support colleagues within the company, get all related maintenance complete on time and on budget. Manage and deliver on day-to-day maintenance requests across the full region portfolio. Deliver high standards of customer service at all times, ensuring a proactive approach to all incoming queries to the company. Understand and deliver maintenance projects in line with client requests, whilst guiding on legislation and repairing standards.
