This is a permanent position located in our city centre office at 10 Sunnyside, Edinburgh, EH7 5RA. You\’ll enjoy a work week of Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. The salary £23,500pa. What the job involves for a Licensing Property Relationship Manager: – Support the HMO team manager to deliver the objectives of the department. Drive a high level of standard when working through all HMO process. Ensure all compliance and regulations are followed in the required time. Ensure we deliver exceptional customer service in all aspects of the business. To maintain client relationships and co-ordinate/communicate key aspect of property management to the client.
