What You\'ll Do

You\'ll play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of our software. The Dizplai platform empowers content creators to interact with their audiences and deliver engaging broadcasts. It’s an end-to-end environment encompassing social content aggregation, WebApps, gaming, broadcast graphics, and more.

Interview Process

  • Initial Interview: A 30-minute virtual interview with a Human Resources representative to discuss the role and the company.
  • Take-Home Assignment: Completion of a practical task designed to assess relevant skills.
  • Final Interview: A 60- to 90-minute virtual interview, including a presentation of the take-home assignment to the hiring team and an in-depth discussion about the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Usability: Act as the primary UX resource for the Product team, guiding them to deliver the best possible software products.
  • User Testing: Conduct user testing sessions with existing clients at various stages of product development to ensure we consistently meet their needs.
  • Product Research: Continuously research and analyze other tools, apps, and services with similar functionality, integrating industry best practices into Dizplai’s public and B2B service offerings.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Collaborate closely with the Product team to create wireframes and prototypes that effectively guide our product development cycle.
  • Visual Implementation: Ensure all products strictly adhere to Dizplai’s brand guidelines, and establish efficient working processes and delivery methods between the Product and Design teams. For client projects, you\'ll ensure their brand guidelines are meticulously applied to publicly distributed applications.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum three years of experience as a UX Designer, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently.
  • Skills in wireframing and prototyping in Figma are essential, used to collaborate with graphic designers, clearly articulate design concepts and guide the development process.
  • Proven expertise in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing intuitive and scalable solutions, ideally within complex software or B2B platforms.
  • A natural ability to uncover and empathise with diverse user needs, translating insights into effective, user-centric designs.
  • Strong experience in user research and testing, including conducting sessions directly with clients to gather feedback and validate solutions.
  • A meticulous eye for visual design and brand adherence, ensuring consistency for both Dizplai products and client-specific deliverables.
  • A proactive and collaborative spirit, eager to establish efficient processes between Product and Design teams and integrate industry best practices.
