Dizplai is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Business Partner to own and shape a standalone people function in a fast-growth environment in Manchester. You will partner with leadership to drive hiring, people programs, and HR operations with a pragmatic, business-focused approach.
You’ll manage onboarding, performance, development and offboarding while actively owning recruitment and building scalable processes that scale from 40 to 100+ people. A CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent is preferred.
