Overview
As a strategic Creator Partnerships Manager, you will build and scale creator‑led ecosystems that engage and monetise audiences. This end‑to‑end role spans media strategy, partnership development and platform innovation, delivering commercial results with support from growth and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure creators, rights holders and media partners with strong commercial potential.
- Build and scale creator networks that drive revenue for all parties.
- Present programme propositions to senior stakeholders and secure long‑term partnerships.
- Define collaboration frameworks around content usage, revenue share, rights and partnership structures.
- Establish repeatable systems for recruitment, onboarding and retention.
- Design end‑to‑end creator programme strategies and lead strategic workshops.
- Develop multi‑platform distribution and monetisation strategies, including advertising, sponsorship, branded content and interactive engagement.
- Create first‑party data strategies to convert attention into measurable commercial value.
- Work with commercial, product and creative teams to shape integrated solutions.
- Oversee rollout of programmes, maintain relationships with creators and partners, and translate insights into product enhancements.
- Ensure campaigns and revenue milestones stay on track and produce ROI case studies.
About You – Required
- Proven experience building creator networks or influencer programmes across multiple platforms.
- Deep knowledge of rights management and platform monetisation models (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, emerging platforms) and UGC collaboration.
- Commercial acumen in developing revenue models across content, data and sponsorship.
- Strategic thinker who translates vision into executable frameworks and drives cross‑functional alignment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage with C‑suite and executive leadership.
- Understanding of the evolving creator landscape, platform mechanics and audience migration.
- Data literacy to analyse datasets and inform business decisions.
About You – Preferred
- Experience in sports federations, media rights organisations or creator‑first media companies.
- Familiarity with interactive content tools and first‑party data strategies.

Pay Range
London: £42,500 – £47,500 per year
Manchester: £35,000 – £40,000 per year
