At Dizplai, we transform passive audiences into active communities that drive culture, conversation, and commerce. We partner with Premier League clubs, global motorsport organisations, Olympic sports federations, leading broadcasters, and multi-million subscriber creator networks across sports and entertainment, helping them turn attention into lasting commercial value. By combining creative consultancy, interactive technology, and data-driven insights, we help unlock the full commercial potential of audiences.
We’re at the forefront of the shift where platforms are the new networks, creators are the new media companies, and fans want to belong, not just watch.
The Role
We’re looking for a Creator Partnership Manager to build and scale creator-led ecosystems that transform how organisations engage with and monetise their audiences. This role requires deep experience working with sports rights holders in a partnership management capacity, with a proven track record of building and managing creator relationships at scale. You’ll need to understand the unique dynamics of sports content, rights management, and how to activate creators within these frameworks. This is an end-to-end role: identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and ensuring delivery lands commercially.
You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have support from the growth and delivery teams, but you’ll drive the model, the standards, and the momentum. You’ll architect experiences built on mutual value exchange, connecting creators with exclusive content, brands and rights holders with new distribution channels, both of the former with new revenue streams, and most importantly the fans with unique content they crave.
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)
What you’ll do
- Growth & Partnerships
- Identify and secure creators, rightsholders, and media partners with strong commercial potential
- Build and scale creator networks that drive revenue for all parties
- Present programme propositions to senior stakeholders and convert them into long term partnerships
- Define collaboration frameworks around content usage, revenue share, rights, and partnership structures
- Establish repeatable systems for creator recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Oversee the full rollout of creator programmes and ensure strategic commitments are delivered
- Own key creator and partner relationships day to day
- Translate creator insights into actionable product enhancements
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure campaigns, activations, and revenue milestones stay on track
- Produce ROI case studies that demonstrate performance and support future growth
- Maintain alignment between internal teams, creators, and rights holders to keep progress tight
About You
You Have:
- Extensive experience in a partnership manager role (or similar) working directly with sports rights holders, federations, or leagues
- Proven track record building and managing creator networks, digital media partnerships, or influencer programmes across multiple platforms
- Deep understanding of creator dynamics, relationship management, and how to scale creator ecosystems commercially
- Deep knowledge of rights management, platform monetisation models (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, emerging platforms), and UGC collaboration
- Commercial acumen in developing revenue models across content, data, and sponsorship
- Exceptional communication skills, presenting to C-suite and executive leadership
- Understanding of the creator landscape evolution, platform mechanics, and where audiences are migrating
- Data literacy to analyse datasets and inform business decisions
Ideally:
- Experience in sports federations, media rights organisations, or creator-first media companies
- Familiarity with interactive content tools and first-party data strategies
Why Join Dizplai?
- Work at the Cutting Edge – Shape how audiences consume sports and entertainment alongside world-class brands and creators
- Define a Pioneering Role – Build frameworks, test hypotheses, and scale what works with genuine autonomy
- Direct Strategic Impact – Influence both client success and Dizplai's product roadmap
- Collaborative Culture – Hybrid working, autonomy to experiment, and work that genuinely matters
