We're Hiring | Customer Service Administrator

Location: Stapleford, Nottingham

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

As DIY Building Supplies continues to grow, we're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within the business and will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping ensure every enquiry is handled professionally and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the relevant department
  • Responding to customer service enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing delivery updates and assisting with order queries
  • Managing customer information and enquiries using our CRM system
  • Updating customer records and ensuring information is accurate
  • Managing the company inbox and distributing enquiries to the appropriate team
  • Providing general administrative support across the business
