The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

At Currys, as part of our eCommerce team, you’ll help us better understand how customers interact with our digital experiences, using data and insight to drive improvements across our websites and digital products.

Role overview

  • Analyse customer behaviour across our digital channels to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce insights, reports and dashboards that help shape product, design and optimisation decisions.
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing programmes, measuring the impact of changes on customer experience and commercial performance.
  • Work closely with UX, Product and Ecommerce teams to understand customer needs and prioritise improvements.
  • Monitor digital performance, identify issues and opportunities, and drive continuous optimisation across our customer journeys.
  • Support the development of self‑service reporting and the use of AI‑powered tools to improve insight generation and team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a digital analytics, UX research, customer insight or ecommerce analytics role.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Contentsquare or a similar digital experience analytics platform.
  • Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to a range of stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach and passion for improving digital customer experiences.
  • Experience of A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with user testing and UX research methods; retail or ecommerce experience.
  • Experience using AI tools to support analysis and reporting.
