As a Retail Sales Colleague, you don\’t need in-depth tech knowledge before joining. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll gain valuable skills and knowledge to help you sell, serve, and support our customers, making amazing happen. From supplier training and demos ahead of launches to testing the latest products, we\’ll give you the confidence to provide top-notch recommendations.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally between 9 am and 8 pm, with local variations.
