As a Reporting and Insight Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping data-driven decisions across the business. You’ll turn complex data into actionable insight, helping leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Working across large datasets, you’ll build dashboards and reports that tell meaningful stories, supporting smarter decisions and better customer outcomes.

This role is ideal for a curious, analytical thinker who enjoys working with large datasets and translating numbers into stories that influence change. You’ll thrive if you’re comfortable writing SQL, building Power BI reports, and engaging with stakeholders across functions to solve problems

Role overview:

As part of this role, you\’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI) that provide clear insights into performance and business trends.
  • Manage and analyse large datasets, executing SQL queries and transforming data for accuracy, consistency, and validity.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement by collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Translate complex data into clear, engaging visualisations and narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Track key metrics (e.g. service levels, sales, FCR, volumetrics) to support performance management and business transformation.
  • Continuously review data collection processes to enhance data quality and insight effectiveness.

You will need:

  • Advanced Excel skills (including PivotTables, Lookups, and Macros).
  • Strong SQL proficiency, ideally with experience in Databricks (SQL, Pyspark, Python) and Azure Data Factory, or similar large-scale data environments.
  • Experience creating dashboards using Power BI (Tableau experience also valuable).
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills, able to draw conclusions and identify trends from complex data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments such as retail, service operations, or contact centres.
