This role will sit within our Strategic Change team who are in the driving seat for leading strategic, operational and organisational programmes and projects to support our Transformation agenda.

Role overview:
  • Lead the delivery of a complex strategic / organisational / operational programme
  • Work closely with the ExCo and Business Leads to scope, plan and deliver the programme
  • Establish and sustain an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across the programme
  • Take ownership for key deliverables across the delivery lifecycle and apply appropriate methodologies to support the achievement of the programme objectives:
    • Own and maintain the comprehensive delivery plan, risk & issue logs
    • Manage and communicate interdependencies clearly
    • Own and maintain the programme budget and forecast
    • Update and maintain the governance and portfolio level reporting for your programme
    • Own resource forecasts and manage schedule and resource dependencies
  • Work in partnership with Finance, HR, IT and various Business Areas as well as key consulting partners
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience of delivery in large complex organisations, such as FTSE250 companies or top tier professional services
