Location: Poole, Specialist Business Centre, Merck House, Seldown Lane, Poole, BH15 1TW
Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hybrid working: Once fully trained, you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, approximately 2 days in the office per week, though full on-site attendance may be required if performance concerns arise.

As a Connections Advisor, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to ensure all telephony connection requests are completed accurately, while providing an industry-leading customer experience. This is a fast-paced role, where you will need to work accurately and quickly to meet your team and individual targets. You will be joining an established team, so there will be people that can offer help and support.
Role overview:
- Ensuring the completion and timeliness of all activities according to the monthly schedule
- Ensuring all credit vets, connections, upgrades, migrations, porting requests are completed professionally and accurately within agreed timescales
- Taking an active role in ensuring our partner's and customer's requests meet the criteria of the networks
- Taking individual responsibility for keeping up to date with all network changes and Currys promotions and propositions
You will need:
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong administration skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Flexible approach to work
