Permanent – Full Time
Salary – £26,561.60 per annum, plus performance‑related and target‑based commission.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM, Friday 09:30 AM – 03:30 PM.
Role Overview
- Proactively contacting customers who are new and existing Currys customers.
- Helping the customer understand the different handsets, deals and network providers and Care Plan Agreement we offer.
- Giving great advice and all available options to ensure the best possible sales journey.
- Building relationships with customers to convert one‑time buyers into lifelong customers.
- Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Qualifications
- A commitment to providing great service.
- Customer Service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working towards targets.
- An interest in technology.
