As an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor you will speak to customers about mobile phone network services, new contracts, upgrades, and SIM‑only deals. You use excellent communication skills to walk customers through offers and ensure they have all information needed to make an informed decision. Training and ongoing support will equip you to deliver a world‑class sales experience.
Role overview
- Proactively contact new and existing Currys customers
- Help customers understand the different handsets, deals and network providers offered
- Provide best possible sales journey by giving great advice and all available options
- Build relationships to convert one‑time customers into lifelong customers
- Work towards and aim to exceed sales expectations
- Put the customer at the heart of everything you do
You will need:
- A commitment to providing great service
- Customer service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working towards targets
- An interest in technology
